Our 30 day warranty covers all the hardware included with your laptop except the battery. And because we know that sometimes used computer equipment can fail after the 30 days -- we will fix your laptop or computer for the cost of the parts, labor free. So even if you have problems after 12 months we can still get you up and running for a very nominal parts cost.
All of our used laptops come with a battery and ac adapter. Because they are refurbished laptops we are unable to warranty the battery.
