1. All sales are final:
Returns of product, other than with defect (used Laptop battery not included), are subject to a $10.00 or 20% restocking fee (which ever is greater) or prevailing market rate as determined by BJCS.
2. 48 Hour Grace Period for Returns:
The only time returns are allowed are within the first 48 business hours after receipt, for any order that does not meet your expectations. Returns after this period are at the complete discretion of BJCS and will incur a substantial restock fee. Our Repair Form must be filled out and included with your return.
3. $65.00/Hour Service Fee on working parts:
Any items sent back for warranty repair must have been tested badly - BY A QUALIFIED TECHNICIAN - prior to returning the part. We will charge a service fee of $65.00 per hour should we find a returned to be in working condition.
4. "Damaged Products:
Any "dismantled", "marked on" or "visibly defaced" product by the customer will VOID all warranties. The silver DO NOT remove stickers must not be defaced.
5. Fitness of Purpose:
BJCS cannot warrant any product as fit for any particular use or purpose. We strongly recommend customers evaluate a sample unit to determine by their criteria whether a product will work in their configuration. In the world of computers there are many products that may be incompatible with a certain parts. In cases like this it is your responsibility to resell the product into a standard application in which the part will work. We are unable to take parts back because they will not work in particular brand product if they function correctly in others.
6. Pack Returns Carefully:
Customers must pack defective items being returned as if they were new and working. PLEASE REVIEW "HOW TO PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE FOR SHIPMENT". Failure to do so may invalidate the warranty. BJCS is not responsible for goods that are damaged during shipment or misused/abused by the customer/carrier. Packages shipped via US Mail will be refused. We DO NOT accept any returns shipped via Post Office.

8. Credit Issued on Defective Products:
Should a replacement for a defective item not be available, at BJCS discretion a suitable replacement shall be issued. If a suitable replacement is not available within 30 days from the receipt of your return, BJCS will issue a credit, which can be applied toward a future order. If purchased by credit card a credit will be posted to your credit card. If paid by check or money order, a check will be issued. Return credits are for product only and do NOT include any reimbursement for shipping charges. This does not apply to used laptop batteries. Used laptop batteries are not warranted.
9. Our Repair Form must be included with all returns. Failure to do so could delay processing of your return up to 30 days.
10. Operating System:
Any alteration to the software including but not limited to the operating system will VOID any and all warrantees. We are not responsible for any software loaded on the equipment by the customer and do not guarantee that any software that may be loaded will be compatible with the equipment. Check with the software manufacturer for compatibility before purchasing.
LIMITED WARRANTY
Warranties may be limited on some items. Please check our sales literature and your invoice to verify the warranty is as expected.
Replacement items will be shipped back to Customers via UPS Ground only.
