As with any on-line store that collects credit card information for orders.  We are constantly fighting fraud and identity theft.  We have instituted the following policy regarding all orders placed on our website and through our phone sales department.

• All orders placed on our website or through our sales department are not processed on-line.

• All orders are reviewed for correct information by our Billing department.

• Your order may be delayed if one of the following conditions apply
  
  1.  Shipping address is different from the Billing address.
  2.  Emails sent to the email address you list on your order comes back as undeliverable.
  3.  Your address is outside of the United States.
  4.  The phone number supplied does not work.
   

• We make every reasonable effort to contact you if your order will be delayed.  If you do not respond to our requests for information within 24 hours we will cancel your order.

Although these are the primary reasons that your order may be delayed, they are by no means the only reasons.  We review each and every order and may hold your order based on information that we can not verify through normal channels.  Our main goal in following this policy is to securely process orders and safeguard information regarding these orders.
