You should see a clip on both sides of the memory that is spring loaded.  The secret to removing the memory is to use both hands and very carefully pull the clips to the side.  The clips are illustrated in Fig 4.1 and 4.2

Once you have pulled the spring loaded clips to the side the Dell Latitude Memory SIMM should pop up.  Be careful not to break the clips they should easily release the memory.  Please Note that if you break these clips your memory will not be held in place and may require that the system board be replaced.

You should be able to pull the memory straight out of the memory bay.
