The IBM Thinnkpad 600e has been a reliable laptop. We have sold this model for a few years now and even though they are only Pentium II laptops they are still popular in the low end laptop market. And yes we did mean to spell Thinnkpad with an extra 'n'. We did this because this is a very common search term used to find sites about the 600e. So for the rest of this page I will be spelling it as it should be spelled thinkpad.
We carry many parts for the IBM Thinkpad 600E including hard drives, keyboards, CDROM drives and floppy drives. The 600E laptops that we have seen are PII 300, 366 and 400mhz models. As far as I have seen the 600X is the next model that went to the PIII 500mhz processors. The only weakness with the IBM thinkpad 600E that we found annoying is how low quality the batteries have been.
Other than that they are great laptops. We always seem to get these in so if you do not see a unit in our laptop inventory
