Our refurbished laptops IBM thinkpad are checked by our technicians. We buy large lots of wholesale off lease IBM computers. We take an inventory of what we have and separate what works and determine what needs to be fixed. Our main goal is to separate and create three grades of condition. Grade A are laptops that have no problems and are cosmetically great. Grade B are laptops that need some sort of minor repair. The rest are considered parts laptops.
We take the Grade B laptops and determine which thinkpad laptops we can use to refurbish to grade A by using some of the parts from the Grade C laptops. Needless to say there are always parts laptops left over which we put on the shelf to cover any future repair issues. This is how we are able to offer the free labor on repairs if you purchased the IBM laptop from us. This is how we can offer a limited lifetime warranty since we stock the parts that we need to maintain the laptops that we sell.
