Here at Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff we sell used laptops and computers. Everything that we sell goes thru out refurbishing process. So that you can be assured that the products that you purchase are in top notch condition.

During the refurbishing process we clean the unit so that cosmetically it looks great. Making sure that all of the plastics are in good condition and any worn parts are noted for replacement.

Then we go to work on the electronics. We run tests on the hard drive, memory and system board to make sure that to the best of our abilities there will be no failures. Once we are satisfied with the physical condition of all the components, we begin to load the laptop or computer with the operating system.

Depending on what your requirements are as a customer. We allow our customers to upgrade to any operating system that feel that the need. So if you have an older software that only runs in Windows 98 SE we can help.
