Used AC Adapters

All of our AC adapters listed as used on our website are extra adapters in our regular used laptops purchases.  Usually when we purchase large lots of laptops there are always a few laptops that do not work or have been damaged.  These are the cheap laptops that we use for parts.  You can check out our laptop parts inventory.  We have tested and check these used ac adapters and know that they work.  We even include the power cord that goes from the wall plug to the ac adapter brick.

The Power Cords

Every Laptop AC adapter must be plugged into the wall power plug.  The detachable cord can be of 3 varieties.  The standard computer cable, the Mickey mouse and the figure 8.

The reason that this power cord is called a Mickey mouse cord is because when you look at the end of the cord that plugs into your brick it looks like the head of the cartoon character Mickey mouse. 

The ' figure 8 ' power cord got its name in basically the same way.  When you look at the end of the cord it looks like the number 8. 

This cord is the most common cord.

This cord of course is just the standard computer power cord and is sometimes used in AC adapters.  Not at all the most common cord however.
