"I had an account on the old site, but the new one isn't letting me sign in! WHY?!!!"

Thanks for asking! If you made an account on our old website, you'll have to create a new account on the current site. It only takes a minute. Just click the Create an account link at the top of the page to get started. We don't think it'll be too much of a hassle for you, but we apologize if it is. If you prefer, you can continue to shop as a guest and we'll create your account for you using the information you provide at checkout.

"I demand an explanation!"

Fair enough! As you may or may not know, we've been around since the '90s. Over the years, we have accumulated thousands of customers. Migrating every last account over would be more than a headache — it wouldn't make sense. Many of the accounts we had on file were very old, having long been inactive. In all likelihood, the information in them has been inaccurate for years.

On top of all that. The back end of our website works completely differently. It's a lot easier for us to process your orders and offer customer service now, but it also means we'd have to manually move every individual piece of information over, like fitting a square peg into a round hole over and over again. Ultimately, having you create a new account makes things more secure, more up-to-date and easier for everyone.

"I guess that makes sense! Thanks!"

No problemo. That's what we're here for.
