This scratch & dent product has cosmetic blemishes on the casing and screen. Screen blemishes are the result of normal wear and tear for a touchscreen and are not very noticeable when the screen is on. See pictures above for the type of physical condition to expect with these products. These are also missing the stylus, though these units have resistive touch screens, so the styluses would just be pen-shaped pieces of plastic, easily substituted with your finger or any makeshift pointing device, such as a chopstick, the eraser side of a pencil, etc.
