Is Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff accepting orders?
Yes. We remain operating as usual with reduced staff. All orders will continue to be processed and shipped without delay, but please be patient regarding non-emergency tech support requests.
Can I come to your physical location?
No. for your safety and the safety of our staff, our facilities are closed to the public until further notice.
Is Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff taking any special health and safety precautions?
In addition to our regular, thorough cleaning process for all refurbished equipment, we have adopted strict decontamination procedures for all incoming and outgoing shipments. All incoming boxes are sprayed with a 10 part water to 1 part bleach solution and wiped down. Once open, the contents are wiped down with Clorox wipes or a bleach solution. The contents of each outgoing shipment receive the same decontamination treatment immediately before packaging.
Additionally, all staff who can work from home are doing so. All on-site team members are expected to follow best practices for personal hygiene and social distancing.
