Although the S410 is not a fully rugged laptop, it is still perfect for working in harsh conditions. It is also lightweight compared to fully rugged models, making it ideal for anyone who frequently visits and leaves job sites.
Even though it is a semi-rugged laptop, it still meets a MIL-STD-810G certification and has an ingress protection (IP) rating of IP51. With this certification and IP rating, it can withstand up to three-foot drops. It also features port doors that are designed to seal the ports in order to protect them from debris.
