Sierra Wireless does offer 5G cards for Emergency Responders (EM series). Unfortunately, we do not sell them and are unsure if they will work with Toughbooks. We provide software with the card when it is bought as an upgrade on a Toughbook purchase. However, we do not provide software if the card is bought as a standalone.
