Hello Bob Johnson's, Very happy with the computer: 1. The screen size and resolution is extremely functional. 2. Back-lite keyboard works great at night and day since the computer body is all black. 3. Very good weight balance and solid grip and feel of the laptop itself when carrying around or setting up on work bench. 4. Great product support from your staff. 5. Purchased the Tough Book on sale and had two upgrades added on. After purchasing received a reply that it would ship in 5-7 days. Computer arrived 4 days later.
