Do you need technical support or to send your rugged computer in for repair?

Simply choose the service you need below and complete the appropriate form:
  • Use the Technical Support form if you're experiencing operating system issues, have questions about using your device, or need troubleshooting assistance. (We do not support 3rd party software.)
  • Use the Repair form if your device is physically damaged, malfunctioning, or requires hardware service. Filling out this form will require you to send your computer to our repair department.
  • Use the Repair Portal if you have an existing repair with us and would like to check the status of your repair. Our repair technicians do their best to keep tickets up to date in the portal as they work on it, so you can check back there for updates.
