These rugged laptops can support either Intel Core i5 or Intel Core i7 processors, with M.2 solid-state drives (SSDs). These processors can have as little as 8 GB of RAM or as much as 32 GB. The CF 33 tablet does not feature upgradable RAM, so make sure you are shopping for one with enough for your needs.
The 1200-nit daylight-readable display supports a 2160 x 1440 screen resolution, which allows work to be done indoors and outdoors. The bright LCD display combats working in direct sunlight. Thanks to the sunlight-readable display, eye strain is unnecessary to see fine details or read important text.
You can’t risk communication disruptions during emergencies. Enjoy connectivity on the move with Panasonic CF-33 Toughbook’s Intel Dual Band AC 802.11 wireless and Bluetooth 4.1. The Panasonic Toughbook CF-33 is fully rugged and weather-sealed. It presents an IP65 Ingress Protection Rating to defend against dust, water jets, and rainfall from any angle.
All reinforced port covers are slide-locking to prevent further ingress. This heavy-duty laptop has also undergone MIL-STD-810G and MIL-STD-461F testing per US Military grade standards. This rating guarantees performance under various environmental conditions, including shock, vibration, extreme temperatures, and other taxing conditions.
In addition, the display features a raised bezel for LCD impact protection. It also has a waterproof IP55 stylus that lets you use the on-screen QWERTY keyboard in inclement weather.
This fully rugged laptop endured a series of drop tests from heights of 36, 48, and 60 inches as part of MIL-STD testing. Thanks to its magnesium alloy chassis and ABS elastomer edges, it successfully survived 26 drops at each height.
