    The Toughbook 19 is unique among the other convertible rugged laptops and tablets available today. Panasonic designed it with a swivel screen that can rotate between tablet and laptop modes. With the display facing up, the CF-19 tablet can be used as a tablet, which you can then use with the included stylus or with your finger, even if you’re wearing gloves.

    Thanks to the sunlight-readable display, the screen on the Toughbook CF 19 can be used in direct sunlight. Panasonic’s “Circulumen” technology features a circular polarizer, anti-glare, and anti-reflective optical treatments, combined with an impressive 1000-nit backlight, to ensure comfortable outdoor viewability. On the CF-19 MK5 and later models, Panasonic added a reflective layer, which increases the screen brightness to 6000 nits in direct sunlight.

    • Can operate at altitudes up to 15,000 feet
    • Can withstand 310 pounds of pressure on its lid

    • Can be dropped from up to 3 feet while turned on and open
