Do you need technical support or to send your rugged computer in for repair?

Simply choose the service you need below and complete the appropriate form:
  • Use the Technical Support form if you're experiencing operating system issues, have questions about how to use your device, or need troubleshooting assistance. (We do not support 3rd party software.)
  • Use the Repair form if your device is physically damaged, malfunctioning, or requires hardware service. Filling out this form requires you to send your computer to our repair department.
