    Parts Assistance & Technical Support

Need help finding a replacement part, upgrade, or accessory for your rugged device? Our team specializes in technical support and parts sourcing—even for items not listed on our site. Complete our Technical Support Form or call our office to speak directly with a specialist who can identify the right part, check compatibility, and answer your technical questions. We’re dedicated to keeping your equipment running smoothly—no matter where you purchased it.

    Panasonic Toughpad FZ-G1 External Parts

We have quite a collection of FZ-G1 Toughpads in our office. Our inventory size gives us plenty of opportunities to offer OEM repair parts to them. This category focuses on replacement casing, port covers, or bezels.

Verify that you are purchasing the correct part for your rugged FZ-G1. Since Panasonic made five different generations of these tablets, some parts differ. To see which generation you have, check the bottom of the tablet. The model number will be on a label starting with “FZ-G1.” You can refer to our Toughbook Model Numbers for Nerds blog post to learn more about different generations of Toughbooks.

Speak With Our Expert Team Of Repair Technicians

You can reach our expert repair technicians one of two ways. The first way is by using our technical support form with your model number, the issue you're having with your FZ-G1, and the part that you are looking for. Another way you can reach out is by calling our office at 302-659-2727.
