This scratch and dent unit is powered by an 11th Generation Intel Core i5 processor, 16GB of RAM, and a 256GB SSD, running Windows 11 Pro 64-bit. It shows signs of previous use on the outside, but every internal component has been tested and certified by our technicians to the same standard as our Grade-A units. [Cosmetic wear on these units is limited to a few scratches and scuffs on the lid and base, which you can see in the pictures above.]

The 14.0-inch 1920 x 1080 display pushes 400 nits of brightness for readability outdoors, and the RGB backlit chiclet keyboard keeps you working in low light. Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax), Bluetooth, Gigabit Ethernet, HDMI, three USB 3.0 ports, a USB-C docking port, a serial port, and an SD card reader round out the connectivity.
