Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 PCMCIA Slot
Use this used PCMCIA slot replacement part to ensure that your Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 can keep using expansions.
What You Can Do with the PCMCIA Slot on Your CF-31
The PCMCIA slot offers expansion for laptop or notebook computers. Also known as the PC Card, this expansion slot allows a laptop to connect to several other devices. With one installed on your Panasonic Toughbook CF-31, you can make use of the following devices:
- Detachable Hard Drive
- Flash memory
- Modems
- Wireless Networking Cards
- 2G Modem Cards
- 3G Modem Cards
Signs That Your PCMCIA Slot Needs to be Replaced
If you are using any of the devices listed above and they are giving you issues or not working correctly, this could indicate that your PCMCIA slot is failing. For example, if you use a wireless card in the slot and your connection keeps malfunctioning, it could be caused by a failing PCMCIA slot.
This kit includes the PCMCIA cage as well as the installation screws.
Compatible with Panasonic models:
- CF-31 A / B / C / D / E / F / G / H (MK1)^
- CF-31 J / K / M / N / P / Q / R (MK2)^
